What if I am late, will the guide wait for me?
We love punctuality, but we know that delays happen. Your guide will always wait 10 minutes as a courtesy. After this time, any delays will be subtracted from the total tour time as we usually have another tour scheduled later.
Will the visit be cancelled if it rains or the weather is bad?
The visit will take place unless there are official weather warnings. In that case, we will contact you beforehand to reschedule the tour whether possible, otherwise a full refund will be issued.
