Who you are contracting with
These terms govern the relationship between you (the traveller or the agency booking on behalf of a traveller) and Javier González Gago — Tour Marbella Experiences, registered at Av. Ricardo Soriano 1, 29601 Marbella (Málaga), Spain. Email: info@tourmarbella.com. — operator of the experiences listed on this website.
How a booking is formed
A booking exists when (a) you receive a confirmation email from Bókun for instant-confirm products, or (b) we send you a written proposal and you accept it in writing and pay the agreed deposit. Until then, prices, availability and inclusions are indicative.
Prices and payment
Prices on this website are in EUR, per group unless stated otherwise, and include any taxes legally applicable. They do not include monument entry fees, food, drinks or gratuities unless explicitly listed in “What’s included” for each experience. Payment is processed by Bókun’s secure gateway for instant-confirm bookings, or by bank transfer / card link for bespoke proposals.
Cancellations
Each experience displays its own cancellation window on its page. Outside that window, cancellations are non-refundable. We will always try to find an alternative date with you before processing a refund. Force majeure (official weather warnings, public-order events, illness with proof) is handled case by case — we’ll either reschedule or refund in full.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering the experience as described, with the guides and quality we promise. If something fails on our side (a no-show guide, an incorrect transfer time we caused), let us know on the day or within 7 days and we will offer a partial or full refund proportional to the impact.
What we are not responsible for
Loss or damage to personal property, expenses caused by your delays outside the 10-minute courtesy window, monument closures decided by third parties, or the consequences of inaccurate information you provided during booking (passport names, dietary requirements). Activities are at your own risk — please follow your guide’s instructions, especially around cliffs, traffic and water.
Image and audio rights
Your guide may take photographs during the tour for our own portfolio. If you’d rather not appear in them, just let your guide know — we’ll respect that without question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Marbella (Málaga). If you are a consumer with EU residence, this does not deprive you of the rights granted by the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
