Who we are

Javier González Gago — Tour Marbella Experiences, registered at Av. Ricardo Soriano 1, 29601 Marbella (Málaga), Spain. Email: info@tourmarbella.com. We are a private-experience operator and DMC registered with the Tourism Registry of Andalusia.

What information we collect

When you submit a proposal request or contact us, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), travel dates and any details you choose to share about the experience you’d like us to design. When you book through Bókun, we additionally process the data needed to confirm and run your reservation (passport name, party size, dietary requirements).

Why we collect it (legal basis)

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR). To execute a booking once confirmed (contract performance). To send you operational messages related to your trip. We do not use your data for marketing unless you opt in explicitly.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to 12 months from your last message, then deleted. Booking records: 5 years after the trip date (Spanish accounting and tourism regulations). You can ask us to delete sooner if there is no legal obligation to retain.

Who we share it with

Bókun (Iceland — reservation platform, processor agreement in place). Hosting provider (Hostinger International, EU-based). Our local guides and trusted partners (transfer companies, restaurants), strictly for the parts of the trip we coordinate on your behalf. We do not sell your data, ever.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, delete, port your data, or restrict / object to processing at any time by writing to info@tourmarbella.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD — aepd.es) if you feel we have not handled your request properly.

International transfers

Some of our processors (Bókun for example) are based outside the EEA. Where data is transferred we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and complementary safeguards.

We update this policy when our processing changes. The version date below shows when it was last updated. We will notify material changes by email if we have your address on file.
